Kansas City Royals: Top 10 Prospects

5. Hunter Dozier- Dozier is considered an advanced bat that is going to move through the minors quickly. After raking in Single-A, Dozier struggled greatly at Double-A. I believe that Dozier has a lot more power in him, than the small power numbers that we have seen so far. I also like the potential he has to hit for a decent average. I’d project maybe .260 with a high of .270 once and awhile. He has a plus arm so he will most likely stick at third even with his large frame. His fielding is also not too bad as he seems to be an above average fielder. If needed I could see him moving to right field, but he looks to stay as a third basemen.
