Happy Mon-….Friday everyone! Sorry about the conflict with the schedule, but here it is, just as promised. I usually take up this area to talk about what’s going on in some other sports, but far too much has happened once again for me to just give a brief overview about.
The top 20 outfielders list should speak for itself. It is, of course, all outfield positions. So you will, pretty much, only see very big names on this list. You will also see some big names not on this list. The only rule to remember about these rankings is that they are not fantasy rankings. They are rankings, by position, based on a players production offensively, defensively, and in the clubhouse. So you may see some defensive players placed higher on the list than should be drafted in fantasy. So remember, you probably should not draft Alex Gordon before Hanley Ramirez because this list isn’t a fantasy baseball list.
My top 10 closers will come out this upcoming Monday (3/20), and after that will be the top 20 starting pitchers (3/30).
So without further ado,
This is the bar that is set. All five of these players have absolute All-Star potential. We know that when you put the players of all three outfield positions in a hat and pick out the 20 best players; that they are going to be 20 of the best players in the league.
