Free agency in the MLB offseason is one of the most hectic times for a general manager. Finding the right players to fill the holes on a team’s depth chart a long with contract negotiations with agents and the player isn’t a walk in the park. But how about the general managers who take a gamble and get players from the international market?

That’s where it really starts to get interesting. Sure, the stats are all in place, but not against other major-league ballplayers, rather lesser competition in the Korean Baseball Organization or the Japanese Baseball league. Lets take a look into the international market and what we can expect from these players in the MLB.
