While it would obviously be very difficult for anyone in today’s MLB to successfully make the transition to the NFL, the athleticism within the game right now is incredible. The players I have listed on this roster are just a few of the league’s best athletically, but many other great candidates were considered. Kevin Pillar, Matt Holliday, Aroldis Chapman, and many more were viable possibilities, but I felt this was the best lineup. Former players Bo Jackson, Deion Sanders, and Brian Jordan all played professionally in both sports, giving some precedent to the topic of players maneuvering between leagues. We might never see it again, but it is at least fun to discuss what the MLB’s best might be capable of on the gridiron.

I was surprised to see that El Oso Blanco did not make the cut. Im sure he could put a hurtin’ on some guys coming across the middle.
