Paul Molitor’s inaugural season at the helm of the Minnesota Twins was, by most accounts, a resounding success. The Twins improved by 13 games over their 2014 season and finished 2015 with a very respectable 83-79 record. Minnesota was one of last year’s pleasant surprises, as they played meaningful baseball deep into September before falling just short of a Wild Card birth.
