Inning limit or no inning limit, Matt Harvey didn’t skip a beat after coming back from Tommy John surgery. Last season he threw just under 200 innings and kept a 2.71 ERA to go along with his 13-8 record.

After a stellar August in which Harvey allowed just one run in 27 innings pitched, Harvey struggled in September with a 5.01 ERA for the month. Despite this, expect the pitcher with a 4.5:1 strikeout-to-walk ratio to be throwing somewhere around 200 strikeouts with a sub-3.00 ERA in 2016.
