Indians vs Reds Ticket Price Preview

The series begins tonight when Corey Kluber takes the mound for the Indians against Alfredo Simon of the Reds. The average secondary price for Indians vs Reds tickets is $54.54, the cheaper game of the series at 16.7% below season average, with a get-in price of $12. Kluber enters Monday’s game with an 11-6 record and 2.61 ERA and hasn’t lost since June 30, serving as an anchor on a waning Indians team. Simon has also pitched well for the Reds, going 12-6 with a 2.84 ERA. The 33-year-old pitcher has taken the loss in his last three starts, however. He’ll hope to right the ship tonight when the series kicks off in Cleveland.

8/5 – Johnny Cueto vs Josh Tomlin | Avg. Price: $58.51 | Get-in Price: $17

The second game of the series will feature Josh Tomlin for the Indians against Reds ace Johnny Cueto. The average price for Tuesday Indians vs Reds tickets on the secondary market is $58.51, 10.6% below the season average, with a get-in price of $17. Tomlin is 5-7 with a 4.47 ERA in 14 starts this season. Cueto enters Tuesday’s game with a 2.05 ERA and 12-6 record for the Reds.

8/6 – Danny Salazar vs Mat Latos | Avg. Price: $48 | Get-in Price: $9

For the third game, the series switches to Great American Ballpark. Danny Salazar will take on Mat Latos for the first game in Cincinnati. The average price for the game is $48, 9% above Cincinnati’s season average, with a get-in price of $9. Salazar has been better since being recalled from the minors after control problems sent him down earlier in the season. He has a 5-5 record with a 4.45 ERA in 11 starts. Latos has only started nine games after starting the season on the disabled list, but has a 3.07 ERA. There will be a Jay Bruce bobblehead given out during the game.

8/7 – T.J. House vs Homer Bailey | Avg. Price: $39 | Get-in Price: $5

Thursday’s finale will be 11% below the season average in Cincinnati with a get-in price of $5. Homer Bailey gets the start for the Reds against Indians rookie T.J. House. Bailey is 8-5 with an ERA of 3.89 through 22 starts. House is just 1-2 through 10 starts this season and he has a 4.09 ERA in his 11 total appearances this season.
