The 26-year-old fashioned a 4.25 ERA over 171 innings in the Korean Baseball Organization. He played for the Kia Tigers. The KBO is a hitters league, the pitchers average as a whole was 5.63 ERA. According to Aaron Gleeman of HardBallTalk, that average would translate to a 2.80 ERA in the Majors. He should be the three-or-four pitcher in the Twins’ rotation.
