According to multiple reports, the New York Mets and Texas Rangers are talking about a potential trade involving New York’s starting pitchers Jon Niese and Dillon Gee as well as Texas’ plethora of middle infielders which include Jurickson Profar and Rougned Odor.

The Mets have been said to be actively shopping their veteran starting pitchers all winter. Another team to keep an eye on is the Miami Marlins, who are searching for a first baseman and have been rumored to be involved with the Rangers on that front. A three team deal isn’t out of the realm of possibility.
