6. SP Lance McCullers– I think he gets buried in Houston’s system a bit. He could be a 3 or 4 type starter, but if he relieves, he has an even higher ceiling. His dad, who went by the same name, was a very successful reliever for many years. You could be looking at the guy Houston goes to close out games in 2016, or someone who fills out their rotation in 2017.  His fastball and curveball are there, and most relievers can do the job on two good pitches, but he still has time to develop a third, and that’ll decide how far he goes.  Grade: B  Upside: Closer or 4 starter
