Rockies Rumors: Shopping outfielder Charlie Blackmon?

Rockies outfielder Charlie Blackmon, who hit .288/.335/.440 with 19 homers, 72 RBI and 28 stolen bases has been brought up in “trade talks with multiple teams” according to Ken Rosenthal and Jon Morosi of FoxSports.com

With a current rotation lead by Jorge De La Rosa, the Rockies main goal would be to acquire a starting pitcher in exchange for Blackmon. Teams like the Orioles, Braves, Cubs and Rangers all look to be potential candidates for Blackmon.

If Colorado were to deal Blackmon, they could potentially replace him in free agency. With Colby Rasmus still on the free agent market, he could be a fit with the Rockies, according to Ken Rosenthal.
