4. Jose Reyes, Toronto Blue Jays
Reyes is another shortstop that has a big upside but major injury concerns. The 31 year-old played in 143 games last year after an injury-shortened 2013. When healthy, he is a reliable 30 steals player and usually tallies 100 runs with around a .290 average. In 2014, he swiped 30 bases with 91 runs and 51 RBI, but is not much of a power threat. He has not hit over 11 home runs since 2008.
