Power Rankings: Top 20 Outfielders in ’15

  1. Jose Bautista (Toronto Blue Jays)

Ranking Bautista, a veteran of 11 years, below three players who have played a combined 14 years just shows you how good the top three outfielders are. This season, Bautista is going to get the opportunity to play with the best lineup he’s had since joining the Blue Jays. An All-Star packed top five for the Blue Jays batting order could lead to a career high in RBIs for Bautista, who has been a top RBI grabber over the last five years.

After hitting just 58 HRs and 208 RBIs from 2006-2009, Bautista had new life in 2010 and didn’t look back. From 2010 to 2014, the big league slugger hit 187 HR (best in the league) and 468 RBI (6th in league, best among OF). He made every All-Star game in that time and has become one of the biggest names in the league.

Seeing as Bautista was so late to the party (of greatness) he will likely not make it to the Hall of Fame; however, I expect this perennial MVP candidate to play at a HOF level for at least a couple of more years.
