1. The Mets will finish above .500
That may not seem like a big deal but when it hasn’t been done since 2008 it’s certainly something to shoot for. In fact, the Mets haven’t even won 80 games in that time span (79 wins twice) so this is sort of a hump that Mets fans view the team needs to get over. With a rotation led by their returning ace and what appears to be an improved offense, this doesn’t seem to much to ask.
