2) Rob Refsnyder will win ROY: Stephen Drew was very bad in 2014, if not downright awful. If his struggles carry over into the beginning of the season, the Yankees could be looking to make a change at second base, which will open the door for Refsnyder. The former college outfielder was moved to second base in the minors, and has adapted well to the position. At every level Refsynder has played, he has shown an ability to hit, with a career .297 batting average. In 43 at bats this spring, he hit .372 with seven of his 16 hits going for extra bases. If given the chance early on in the season, Refsnyder should run away with the second base job en route to Rookie of the Year honors. Refsnyder will start the season in the minors, as the Yankees deemed him unready to handle the second base job full time, but he will be wearing pinstripes soon enough.
