St. Louis Cardinals: Three Keys To Victory On Opening Night

It’s the night we’ve waited patiently since October for, Opening Night! Finally, the 2015 season is upon us, with the Chicago Cubs and St. Louis Cardinals squaring off at (unfinished…) Wrigley Field in Chicago. This promises to be an exciting matchup, with the Cubs and their fans feeling incredibly optimistic thanks to offseason acquisitions, including new manager Joe Maddonand new staff ace Jon Lester. You can find your St. Louis Cardinals tickets here.

That isn’t to say the Cardinals aren’t optimistic either, as they look strong heading into the season after a disappointing exit in the NLCS. The Cardinals brought in right fielder Jason Heyward and setup man Jordan Walden this offseason, as well as first/third baseman Mark Reynolds, who can provide significant power off the bench. Now without further ado, let’s take a look at three keys the Cardinals need to get the W tonight against the revamped Chicago Cubs.
