Albert Pujols exits with left hand contusion

Albert Pujols left the game in the fifth inning against the Blue Jays Wednesday night after being hit by pitch in the left wrist. He was in pain, but initially stayed in the game until the fifth inning.

The x-rays came back negative, but he has a left hand contusion, according to Jeff Fletcher of the Orange County Register.

Pujols, 35, is slashing .231/.288/.413 with a 98 wRC+ and 7 home runs this season.
