The Marlins bullpen wasn’t awful last season, but they had their issues. A.J. Ramos and Carter Capps had success, while Bryan Morris was serviceable, but the pen could use one more big upgrade. Someone along the lines of Joakim Soria or David Hernandez could be a solid option to give the Marlins a good punch. To use Carter Capps in the 7th, one of the aforementioned relievers in the 8th, and then A.J. Ramos in the 9th would vastly help the Marlins close out game.

Ozuna should be the 2016 Marlins CF!

Even if Loria and Boras don’t mix well together, the Marlins should see what Ozuna can deliver with his 5 tools before trading him. Only if Céspedes is signed to replace him, should the Marlins consider trading Ozuna for a #2 SP.

If Capps remains healthy, he is a closer candidate. It is precisely the 6th and 7th inning RP options the Marlins need to establish.
