4. Continue to stay healthy
The Cubs have money to spend this winter. However, all of the money in the world cannot buy health. For the most part, the Cubs were one of the healthiest teams all season long as they were able to avoid major injuries to their key contributors. Chicago had six players play in over 140 games, and had four starters make over 30 starts. Still, injuries are a part of the game, and even losing Addison Russell for the NLCS played a big part in that series. If the Cubs can continue to stay on the field, the nucleus of this team will continue to win ballgames. The youthfulness of the entire roster should make staying healthy relatively easier when compared to veteran teams.
