4.) Can Buck Showalter and Dan Duquette get along?

Duquette made a power play for a job leading the Toronto Blue Jays last winter. There has been chatter that he and Showalter have increasingly butted heads. Duquette has his way of doing things in the front office, and Showalter would like to be more involved in the personnel decisions. With a crucial offseason looming, with many such decisions needing to be made, Duquette and Showalter need to be on the same page. Duquette has made a name for himself in Baltimore finding scrap heap players and turning them into contributing players.
