4) Will Steven Souza Jr. become a power/offensive threat?

After his first full season, Souza slashed a measly .225/.318/.399 in 110 games. He did manage to slug 16 homers and steal 12 bases. He arrived in Tampa Bay with some lofty expectations as the replacement for Myers, who had been the 2014 Rookie of the Year. He suffered a few injuries in 2015 which contributed to the low numbers and he admitted in September he had put a lot of pressure on himself after being traded. Despite the down year, much will be expected from Souza going into 2016. If he can stay healthy he still has the ability to hit 25-30 home runs and drive in his fair share of runs. With newcomer Logan Morrison, who is expected to add his own power numbers to the lineup, a middle of the order of Longoria-Morrison-Souza has the potential to add those extra runs the Rays lacked in 2015.
