Los Angeles Dodgers
If Jose Fernandez is made available this offseason, we already know who the first team to call would be. The Los Angeles Dodgers may lose Zack Greinke via free agency this offseason and would jump at the chance for a younger, cheaper alternative. More so than probably any other team, the Dodgers have both the need and the pieces to get a deal done. Clearly at this point the Dodgers would be unwilling to part with Corey Seager at this juncture, but a deal could be structured around either Julio Urias, who the Dodgers may be willing to part with, or a deal involving two other well-regarded pitchers in Jose De Leon or Grant Holmes. This potential trade may hinge on Greinke, but it would certainly make plenty of sense for the Dodgers.
