What The New York Mets Should Do This Offseason

The 2015 New York Mets enjoyed a magical season, reaching the World Series–before losing to the Royals–for the first time since 2000. Now, with one of the best young pitching staffs in baseball, it’s time for General Manager Sandy Alderson and the Mets’ front office to get to work. The window for the Mets to win a World Series has officially opened, but there is many weaknesses that need to be sorted out for the Amazin’s this winter. The Mets will need to complement their core four of Matt Harvey, Jacob deGrom, Noah Syndergaard, and Steven Matz with some offensive and bullpen help to aid the Mets in being able to reach baseball’s fall classic again. Which moves do the Mets make? Here is the main moves I would make this offseason, if I were Sandy Alderson:
