Perhaps the biggest individual loser in terms of his team’s chances of competing next season, Ender Inciarte went from a Diamondbacks team looking like they are finally ready to compete in 2016, to a Braves team that is clearly in a rebuild and still a ways off from making a playoff run. Inciarte was one of the main pieces in the trade that brought Shelby Miller to town, and he suddenly finds himself far away from the playoffs once again, after struggling through several seasons of losing with the Diamondbacks recently. Inciarte will now have to embrace his new role on a rebuilding team in the hopes of being on a winner in several years. Either way, it is a tough pill to swallow for a player who finally thought his team would make some noise next season.
