Tulo will begin his first full season north of the border with the Toronto Blue Jays after a 2015 mid-season trade. The former Colorado Rockies’ shortstop has always had the talent to be number one on this list but his health has nagged him almost his whole career. Tulo hasn’t been able to put together a full campaign since 2011, when he played 143 games. He managed just 128 games between Colorado and Toronto last year. Toronto has been a hot bed for hitters over the last several years with Jose Bautista, Edwin Encarnacion and Josh Donaldson. If Tulowitzki can stay healthy he is in line for a huge year and deserving of the top spot.
