7. Jose Fernandez – Miami Marlins (23)

At just 23 years old, Fernandez has been named to the All-Star Game, voted the National League Rookie of the Year, and amassed a 22-9 record through parts of his first three seasons in the major leagues. Additionally Fernandez posted a 2.40 ERA, and a highly impressive K/9 mark of 10.5 over 47 starts. Fernandez has shown flashes of greatness, but injuries have hampered him over parts of the past two seasons. If Fernandez can stay healthy in 2016 he has the potential to be in the Cy Young Award discussion.
