Perennially one of the worst teams in baseball, the Colorado Rockies once again had an offseason where they made a few intriguing moves, but then failed to build upon those moves to try and make a contender. Continuing with the series of team report cards, the Rockies will be assigned a grade for how well they did in adding to the the following three categories: offense, starting rotation, and bullpen. The potential was there for the Rockies to make a splashy trade this offseason, as they had the bats to swing a deal for a higher-end pitcher. At the end of the day, however, the Rockies mostly stood pat.
