It’s not a secret that Tulo is injury prone. If he can put together a full season with the Toronto Blue Jays, the results could be spectacular. In 2011, he played in 143 games and hit .302 with 30 home runs. He is 31 years old, so staying healthy will continue to be a struggle. He is one of the best shortstops when healthy but is a big gamble drafting him high. If he slips to the third or fourth round, I would draft him but anywhere in the first two rounds is a roll of the dice.
