Adam Jones, CF
It’s hard to believe Adam Jones has now spent eight seasons with the Baltimore Orioles. The five-time All-Star will be 31 in August and is coming off his first injury-plagued season since 2009. A move to right field may be coming in the next few years as Jones continues to age. Regardless, Jones is the unquestioned leader and heart-and-soul of the Orioles. He has been with them through lean years, and now serves as the biggest personality on a team with postseason aspirations. He’s one of the most outgoing personalities in the league, never without his massive trademark bubble.
Jones is a great presence in the Baltimore community, a team leader, and an all-around good teammate. When the Orioles’ season hit the skids last August, Jones remained positive and helped deflect the attention away from his teammates. He also handled the Dexter Fowler debacle well.
At the end of the day I LOVE OUR GUYS WE HAVE. LETS GO O’S
