The 2016 MLB regular season is now less than one month away. Spring training is already in full swing and roster decisions are starting to be made. With the offseason moving and shaking now complete, teams are figuring out which players will make their roster and which ones will be cut.
Every year there are players that are must see. From the stars like Mike Trout and Bryce Harper, to youngsters like Kris Bryant and Carlos Correa, every team has plenty of players worth watching. With the news that Carter Capps will be undergoing Tommy John surgery and missing the entirety of the 2016 season, there will be one less interesting player to watch. Given that Capps was one of the players I was looking forward to seeing play most, I was inspired to write a piece on what others players should make for interesting viewing this season.
For this list, the focus will be on the most interesting players to keep an eye on. These players will be interesting for a variety of reasons; from their potential ascent to super stardom, to their attempt to recover from a historically bad season, or there attempt to break into the league as a potential impact player.
Narrowing down the list to just ten was difficult, but here are the ten most interesting players to watch for the 2016 MLB season.
