Sources: 14 ex-Relativity Sports clients join The Legacy Agency

Boston Red Sox star outfielder Mookie Betts is now being represented by The Legacy Agency, according to league sources.

Betts is following his agent, Stephen Veltman, who recently left Relativity Sports to join Legacy.

Veltman left Relativity with agent Ed Cerulo, who also joined Legacy.

Betts is not the only player following Veltman and Cerulo from Relativity, either. Three sources suggest that Cerulo and Veltman have brought 14 players former Relativity clients with them to Legacy.

Those players, according to those three sources: Betts, Colorado Rockies infielder Tony Wolters, Baltimore Orioles infielder Jonathan Schoop, Cleveland Indians pitchers Mitch Brown and Cody Anderson, Miami Marlins pitchers Carter Capps and Austin Brice, Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Robbie Ray, Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Michael Reed, Washington Nationals infielder Chris Bostick, St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Kevin Siegrist, Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Jerad Eickhoff, Minnesota Twins pitcher Trevor May, and Tampa Bay Rays first baseman Jake Bauers.

Two sources suggest that Legacy could be adding more Relativity players as the season goes on, with the possibility of one more “big one” being added, but that is not done at this point in time.
