All eyes this weekend for American League West fans will be on Arlington, Texas. The Texas Rangers and Seattle Mariners are tied atop the AL West with records of 31-22.
The M’s are coming off a record-setting victory against the San Diego Padres. Down 12-2 in the fifth inning Thursday night, they battled all the way back to win 16-13. The 10 runs they overcame is the most in Mariners history.
The Rangers had Thursday off but are trying to get the bad taste out of their mouth from a walk-off loss in the 11th inning to the Cleveland Indians on Wednesday.
The two teams have met six times this season with the visiting team winning the series, two-games-to-one. So what can you expect this weekend in the Lone Star state?
